Return & refund policy
Afghani Oil
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed on www.afghanioil.fr.
1. Right of withdrawal (in accordance with the law)
In accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, customers have a legal period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without providing any reason or paying penalties.
Afghani Oil offers, as a commercial gesture, an extended period of 30 days, subject to the conditions below.
2. Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
be new, unused, unopened and unsealed,
be returned in its original packaging,
be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
Cosmetic products – legal exception
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, opened, unsealed or used cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and health protection reasons.
3. Refund procedure
Once the product has been returned and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a few days.
4. Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:
Check your bank account,
Contact your card issuer (processing times may vary),
Then contact your bank.

5. Sale items
Sale or discounted items benefit from the same withdrawal rights as regular-priced items, subject to legal exceptions (notably unsealed cosmetic products).
6. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, a store credit will be issued once the return is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be made to the original purchaser.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is attributable to Afghani Oil.
Claims – missing items or undelivered parcels
1. Missing items
If one or more items are missing:

2. Parcel marked as delivered but not received
If your parcel is marked as delivered but not received:
