This Shipping Policy describes the processing, shipping, and delivery conditions for orders placed on www.afghanioil.fr.
1. Shipping areas
Afghani Oil currently ships its products:
within mainland France,
to certain European Union countries,
and internationally depending on the options available at checkout.
Available delivery zones are indicated during checkout.
2. Order processing times
Orders are generally processed within 24 to 72 business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Processing times may be extended during peak periods (launches, promotions, holidays, Ramadan, etc.). Customers will be informed via the Website or by email.
3. Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the selected carrier:
Mainland France:
Estimated delivery between 2 and 5 business days after dispatch.
European Union:
Estimated delivery between 4 and 8 business days after dispatch.
International:
Estimated delivery between 7 and 15 business days, depending on the destination country.
These timeframes are indicative. Afghani Oil cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs authorities.
4. Shipping fees
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:
destination,
order weight,
selected shipping method.
Any free shipping offers are specified on the Website.
5. Order tracking
Once the order has been shipped, a confirmation email containing a tracking number is sent to the customer.
It is the customer’s responsibility to track the shipment and ensure proper delivery.
6. Shipping address & customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping information provided at checkout.
Afghani Oil cannot be held responsible for:
incorrect address,
undelivered parcels due to incomplete or incorrect information,
refusal of delivery or failure to collect the parcel within the carrier’s timeframe.
Reshipping costs may be charged to the customer.
7. Lost, undelivered or damaged parcels
a) Parcels marked as delivered but not received
The customer must contact Afghani Oil within 7 days of the indicated delivery date.
b) Damaged parcels
The customer must:
keep the packaging,
take clear photos of the parcel and products,
contact Afghani Oil within 48 hours of receipt.
Any claim made after this period may be refused.
8. Customs duties & taxes (international)
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be required by local authorities.
These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
9. No guaranteed delivery date
Delivery times are estimates only.
Afghani Oil does not guarantee delivery on a specific date.
