Right of withdrawal (in accordance with the law)<\/h2><p>In accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, customers have a legal period of <strong>14 days<\/strong> from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without providing any reason or paying penalties.<\/p><p>Afghani Oil offers, as a commercial gesture, an extended period of <strong>30 days<\/strong>, subject to the conditions below.<\/p><h2>2. Return conditions<\/h2><p>To be eligible for a return, the item must:<\/p><ul><li><p>be new, unused, unopened and unsealed,<\/p><\/li><li><p>be returned in its original packaging,<\/p><\/li><li><p>be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3>Cosmetic products \u2013 legal exception<\/h3><p>In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, opened, unsealed or used cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and health protection reasons.<\/p><h2>3. Refund procedure<\/h2><p>Once the product has been returned and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.<\/p><p>If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a few days.<\/p><h2>4. Gifts<\/h2><p>If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, a store credit will be issued once the return is received.<\/p><p>If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be made to the original purchaser.<\/p><h2>7.
